Energy Dashboard
This working group was created for the generation and distribution of electrical power for the Occupy Boston encampment. Technologies/initiatives included high-efficiency LED lighting, pedal-power, solar and wind!
Since the closing of the Boston tent encampment, we are still publishing information about pedal-power as a clean source of electricity for other encampments (or anyone else who finds the information useful.) We are also still interested in collecting potential donations (solar panels, deep-cycle batteries, etc.) and directing them to useful purposes like other encampments in the Occupy Wall Street movement.
We are a subset of the Occupy Boston Information Technology Working Group and regular reports of our work are recorded in the minutes of the obit Working Group. Our meetings are not on consistent days of the week, but are specific to particular jobs, installations, maintenance, etc. If you would like to be added to our mailing list, send mail to:
