organizing volunteers prototype

I put together a prototype site for organizing volunteers around projects at particular dates that went live on 12/3. I fear putting a link since it may be scrubbed:(. Alas it is http://soupteam.com.
Though it is for now in service of one type of project, the intent was to have a generalized volunteer coordination site.
It needs serous refactoring and a list of other things and and things that I'v never done like connecting to social media and css. Anybody want to work on it with me? and/or we could make soup!
